The people who make up Princeton's Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences program come from all over the world and have many varied interests. They are mainly meteorologists and oceanographers with computer scientists, mathematicians and geophysicists too. Nonwork interests include: soccer, ultimate frisbee, cryptic crossword puzzles, opera, sailing, surfing and orienteering. Afternoon tea is a daily ritual.
