The storm surge first initiated near Louisiana and quickly
propagated westward to Texas. Min/Max SSH are plotted as blue star and
red square respectively and their values are printed just below the plot
title; the lon/lat of max ssh is also shown. Highest exceeded 5m on
Sep/13/12Z right at Galveston. The model computed the location of peak surge
on target, but overestimated magnitude by 2~3 ft.
