These answers have been calculated with a hand calculator, using
the constant values from the notes, but should
be good to 4 or 5 significant figures.
If you differ significantly [more than 10%],
you definitely have code errors.
Also, it is worth noting that there is a typo is the Brasseur and Solomon
Table from the Standard Atmosphere: 1976.
They have 2.3 mb for 40 km and it should be 2.8 mb.
